About the role/Responsibilities 

​

We are currently hiring Strategy Consultants to develop & execute strategies to grow the company as well as optimize operation inefficiencies. As a Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for managing key initiatives, brands as well as functional areas in order to accelerate the company’s growth.

​

The Strategy & Operations team is the most important team in the company. The team focuses on key strategic and operational improvement objectives to maximize growth and profits while minimizing risks. 

​

In this Strategy & Operations role, you will be reporting directly to the founders of the company and you will be in charge of supporting in the overall strategy and operations of the business in both a planning and an execution capacity.

​

Here are some of the activities you would be expected to oversee:
 

  • Ownership of key initiatives and strategy & operations for a particular brand and product line

  • Digital Strategy

  • Operational Excellence

  • Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis

  • Conversion Optimization

  • Pricing Analysis & Strategy

  • Competitive Analysis & Strategy

  • Marketing Analysis & Strategy

  • Identifying & Executing on Key Revenue Opportunities

  • Building & Managing Brands and Product Lines

  • Product Research, Design, and Development

  • Product Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Management

  • Business Development and Key Account Management

  • Negotiations and Relationship Management

  • Global Fulfillment and Logistics Management

  • Customer Relationship Analysis, Strategy, and Management

  • Team Building, Recruitment, Team Management, Culture Management 

  • Support on key initiatives and goals in all areas of the business

  • Independently managing large projects in key areas of the business

  • Coach, manage, and lead a team of up to 5-10 to support on key initiatives

  • Excellent execution to achieve exceptional outcomes on key initiatives

  • Achieving or exceeding KPI targets set by management

Requirements

​

  • Fluency in English (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor degree (business or engineering preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in a leading management consulting firm is a big plus

  • 1+ years of experience in entrepreneurship and startups (especially digital marketing, hardware, and ecommerce) a big plus

  • 1+ years of experience in a leading investment bank is a big plus

  • Experience in a people / team management role

  • Track record of excellence across academic, extracurricular, and professional activities
